We reserve the right to cancel or limit any order that appears fraudulent, suspicious, or violates these Terms.

We currently accept:

• UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, and Net Banking via Razorpay Secure Checkout
• Cash on Delivery (COD) on eligible pin codes (with applicable COD charges)

If your payment fails but the amount is deducted, it will be automatically refunded within 5–7 business days.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We currently deliver across India and plan to expand to international locations soon.
Standard delivery times:

• Domestic Orders: 4–7 business days
• International Orders:Coming soon

Free shipping is available on orders above ₹1499.

Tracking details will be shared via email.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

We want you to love every Olivraen purchase.

• Returns are accepted within 7 calendar days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.
• Sale or clearance items are not eligible for return.
• Exchange available based on stock availability.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days once the returned item passes inspection.

6. Mandatory Unboxing Video Policy

To ensure fairness and transparency, please record a clear unboxing video when opening your parcel.
This video helps us verify any issues like:

• Missing, wrong, or defective items
• Duplicate or damaged products

Refunds or replacements for such cases will only be processed if a valid unboxing video is provided at the time of delivery.

7. Accuracy of Information

While we make every effort to keep our website up-to-date, some product details, pricing, or promotional information may change without notice.
We are not responsible for inaccuracies arising from typographical or system errors.
