Refund & Return Policy

Returns
  • You can request a return within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.
  • Sale or clearance items are not eligible for return.
  • To initiate a return, please contact us at support@olivraen.com.
Exchanges
  • Size or color exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Exchange requests depend on stock availability.
Refunds
  • Refunds are issued once we receive and inspect the returned product.
  • Depending on your preference, refunds can be processed as:
    • Refund (to your original payment method)
    • Store Credit
  • Refunds take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account.
  • In case of COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer/UPI after return approval.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
Damaged or Wrong Product
  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
  • We will arrange a free replacement or refund.
International Orders
  • At present, returns & exchanges are only applicable for domestic orders (India).
Important Notes
  • All return/exchange/refund requests must be pre-approved via our support team.
  • Products sent back without approval will not be accepted.
