Do you accept returns/exchanges for international orders?

Currently, returns and exchanges apply only to domestic (India) orders. Once international shipping is launched, only defective or wrong itemswill be eligible for replacement/refund.

What if I receive a defective or wrong product?

Notify us within 48 hours of deliverywith photos. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.

Are shipping charges refundable?

No,original shipping charges are non-refundable.

How are COD refunds handled?

COD refunds are issued via UPI or bank transfer once the return is approved.

How long does it take to receive a refund?

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval.

Can I exchange for another size or color?

Yes,one free exchange per orderis allowed (subject to availability). Any additional exchanges will be chargeable.

Who pays for return shipping?
  • Customers pay for return shipping.
  • If the product is defective or incorrect, Olivraen covers the cost.

  • Returns are accepted within 7 calendar days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unwashed, in original packaging, with tags intact.
  • Sale, clearance, and customized items are non-returnable.
How can I track my order?

A tracking link is sent via email or WhatsApp once your order has been shipped.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only deliver in India. International shipping will be launched soon.

How long does delivery take?
  • Domestic (India): 4–7 business days.
  • International: 10–15 business days (coming soon).
What are the shipping charges?
  • India: Free shipping on orders above ₹999. A small standard fee applies for orders below that.
  • International: Shipping will be introduced soon.
Can I use discount codes or gift cards?

Yes, valid promo codescan be applied at checkout. We also offer Olivraen digital gift cards.

What if my payment fails?

Retry with another method. If the amount is deducted but your order isn’t confirmed, it will be auto-refunded within 5–7 business days.

Is my payment secure?

Absolutely. All Razorpay transactions are processed via SSL-encrypted secure gateways. For COD, you only pay once the product is safely delivered.

What payment methods do you accept?

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) – Available across most Indian pin codes. A small COD fee may apply.
